The place is unique, the staff are supper friendly.

The rooms are brand-new, the bed is good. They have a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. It has particularly good and gorgeous location near Time Elevator Jerusalem. Btw, it's set in the relatively quiet area. Offers really great service and fab food. This is a hotel go-to for Jerusalem!

The room I got was brand-new with a balcony and the bath, for instance. The staff was super-friendly throughout my stay. Particularly good and gorgeous location - walking distance to everywhere I needed. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Sherut Taxi to Tel-Aviv bus stop.

A nice size and brand-new room with fairly clean bathroom. Good service and magnificent location close to Close to buses, main attractions and great restaurants and bars. Also, very close to the center of everything.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Everything in this clean hotel was wonderful. It had great location with access to Ticho House nearby. The property was a useful base for enjoying a very quiet area.

overall it was a comfortable stay for one night. i appreciated the chic-style building and my exceptionally clean room with balcony. the location was marvellous, staff were welcoming.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a unique charm from the old stone walls. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast and dinner buffet, although we didn't get a chance to try it. The staff, especially Mr. Thaer, were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for food and shopping. I had a fantastic stay at the Olive Heleni Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Location short walk to the modern city centre of Jerusalem. Nicely furnished & wonderful room with balcony, the double bed plus the bathroom. The staff were helpful and the design was nice.

my experience at this hotel was very good. The value for money was excellent, considering the price level of other hotels in the area. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a very good area, with plenty of restaurants and interesting locations nearby. The rooms, although small, were exactly as depicted in the pictures, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I particularly appreciated the small window in my room, which allowed for some natural light. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including real bread, which was a nice touch.

Location: the hotel was close enough to main attractions in Jerusalem, buses, Old City and trains, and Very close to the High Street with plenty of bars. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & incredibly kind.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we definitely want to stay in that area again. It was truly a great stay for one night, the hotel met the purpose. The location was gorgeous, just a short stroll away from an ancient limestone wall.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds and a balcony that offers not only fresh air but also a lovely view. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making sure that basic amenities are provided. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included real bread instead of packaged options.

One small improvement could be made in terms of noise insulation.
